Natasha and Rob Collins, the dynamic duo behind Amity Resources have long recognised the challenges posed by manpower shortages in Australia’s mining and oil & gas industries. To address this, Natasha utilised the skilled workforce available in the Philippines, successfully bringing in talent to support Australian operations. Seeing the potential for even greater impact, Natasha decided to expand this approach to administrative tasks by starting an outsourcing company in the Philippines. This venture was so successful that it led to the founding of Amity Virtual Team, Inc.

With a background as a Business Manager at Tidal Solutions, a mining maintenance company specialising in gold and iron ore commodities across Western Australia, Natasha possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by mining companies. Her expertise in managing operations and driving business growth allows her to provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team.
Natasha’s dedication to the mining industry extends beyond her role at Amity Virtual Team, Inc. She is also the Director of Marnan Group, a partnership that empowers local Pilbara residents to gain full-time employment close to home. Through this initiative, Natasha contributes to the strength and sustainability of local communities by providing long-term employment opportunities for team members
